Sign Up in Minutes

Create an account on the Speedster app or website by filling out a few quick details: name, email or phone number, set your password, and sign in.

Choose Your Delivery Type

Select the appropriate vehicle type based on the size of your package: Car, Van, or Truck.

Add Pick-Up Location

Enter the pick-up location address where the driver will come to collect your package.

Add Drop-Off Location

After the pick-up, provide the drop-off address for your delivery. Our driver will ensure your package is delivered to the specified location.

Multiple Deliveries

To deliver multiple packages, simply add the details for the second, third, or fourth package along with the drop-off locations. You can deliver up to 4 packages at once.

Choose Delivery Time

Select “Deliver Now” or “Deliver Later.” If choosing “Deliver Later,” schedule your preferred date and time for on-time delivery.

Add package Details

Specify your package’s size: Small (less than 30 lbs), Medium (30-50 lbs), or Large (more than 50 lbs). Pricing details for each size are provided. Also, add the package’s value (up to $100 in insurance coverage) and the receiver’s phone number.

Make Payment

Review your details and proceed to payment via credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay. Speedster does not offer cash payment options.

Track and Receive Your package

Once your order is placed, the system will match you with the closest available driver. Track your order in real time via the app, and receive a notification when your package arrives.

After delivery, rate the driver and provide feedback to help us improve. Our 24/7 customer support team is always available to assist with any questions or concerns.
