How does Speedster delivery work?
Your price is based on distance and stays the same regardless of time of day, traffic, weather, local events, or how busy the network is. Speedster doesn’t use dynamic pricing. Choose price-per-package or price-per-mile, whichever matches how your business runs, and switch between them anytime your routes change. High-volume accounts get a custom rate built against their actual numbers.
Can I schedule deliveries in advance?
Not at all — you can use Speedster as often or as rarely as you like, and holding an account is free. That said, businesses running 20 or more deliveries a day qualify for custom rates that meaningfully lower the cost per dropoff.
How are fragile bottle deliveries handled?
Yes. Every delivery includes complimentary insurance coverage up to $100, at no extra cost.
Is photo proof included on every delivery?
Every dropoff returns a timestamped photo and any driver notes, filed to the delivery record automatically. You and your customer both get live tracking with an arrival estimate for each dropoff.
Can I deliver to more than one address in a single run?
Yes, and they’re free. On any dropoff you can add signature capture, age verification, or hand-to-customer, and each one is set individually — so a single route can carry a wine delivery that needs an ID check and a package that can be left at the door. Add driver notes the same way for gate codes, back entrances, or anything else the driver should know.
How is pricing calculated?
Yes, through Dedicated Drivers. Add a driver from the delivery completion screen after they’ve done a good job, or ask support to assign one to your account. From then on, open the Dedicated Drivers menu before you create a delivery and select them. The request goes to that driver alone, and reaches them even if they’re offline at the time. Keep in mind that a dedicated delivery can’t be handed to another driver if yours doesn’t accept it; you’d cancel and rebook, with or without the dedicated selection.
Can I request the same driver every time?
Support is staffed 24/7 by humans who can reach the driver and reroute a delivery in progress. Call (888) 686-3997 any hour. High-volume accounts also get a dedicated delivery manager.
Is my delivery insured?
Pick the vehicle that fits the job: car for standard packages, van for bulk loads, truck for furniture and large items. If you’re unsure, sales will size it with you.
How do I get started?
Book an immediate pickup, schedule a delivery for a specific window, or set it for the next day. You choose the timing that fits the delivery, and the price is based on distance either way.
