How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on distance and shown upfront. The price stays the same regardless of time of day, traffic, weather, local events, or demand. Speedster does not use dynamic pricing.
Can I request the same driver every time?
Yes, with dedicated drivers. There are two ways to add one: contact support and ask us to assign a specific driver, or add the driver yourself from the delivery completion screen, next to the rating and extra tip options. Once you have one or more dedicated drivers, open the Dedicated Drivers menu before creating a delivery and select the driver you want. Only that driver is notified, even if they are currently offline. If they do not accept, the delivery cannot be reassigned to someone else: cancel it and create a new one, removing the dedicated driver if you would rather any available driver take it. Shops with regular routes use this every day.
