Live delivery tracking across California
Your customer wants to know where their delivery is. Speedster shows them. From the moment a driver picks up, you and your customer both watch the delivery move on a map, right through to the door.
What live tracking changes
Fewer calls to your counter
Most “where is my delivery” calls happen because the customer has nothing to look at. Give them a tracking link and the question answers itself.
You see the whole picture
Every active delivery on one screen. Your team knows what is moving, what has landed, and what needs attention, without calling a driver to ask.
Something better than a promised time
Traffic decides how long a run takes, so a promised arrival time is a guess your customer will hold you to. A driver moving on a map is the truth, and customers trust it more.
What you and your customer each see
Tracking works in two directions. Your team gets the operational view. Your customer gets the simple one.
Your dashboard
Every delivery you have out, live, on one map. Driver location, which dropoff they are heading to, what has already been completed, and the full delivery record the moment each one finishes. On multi dropoff routes you watch the driver work down the list.
Your customer’s tracking link
A link your customer opens on their phone. It shows the driver approaching and updates as they move. Nothing to install, no account to create, no confusion about what they are looking at.
Tracking through the whole delivery
From pickup to the door
Tracking starts when the driver collects from you and runs until the delivery is complete. Your customer sees the approach. Your team sees every delivery in flight at once.
Dropoff by dropoff on a route
A multi dropoff route can carry up to 12 addresses. You watch the driver work through them in sequence, and each recipient gets tracking for their own dropoff rather than the whole route.
Proof the moment it lands
When the driver completes a delivery, the record appears in your dashboard: photo at the dropoff, signature where you required one, confirmation of a hand-to-customer handoff, ID check, and driver notes.
History you can search
Completed deliveries stay in your dashboard. Search by date, by customer, or by driver when a question comes in about a delivery from last week.
Tracking a real person, not a stranger
The driver on your map is part of the Speedster network, vetted and trained by us. That matters more than it sounds. When a delivery stalls, our support team can reach that specific driver and tell you what is happening, because they know who is out there. Delivery apps hand your run to a gig driver working for someone else, and nobody can tell you much beyond what the map shows.
Manual dispatch is available too, so when a delivery needs a human decision rather than an automatic one, our team can step in.
How it works
- Create the delivery. From the Speedster app or through our API.
- A driver picks up. Tracking goes live the moment they collect from you.
- Watch it move. You follow it in your dashboard. Your customer follows it on their link.
- Get the record. Photo, signature, and notes land in your delivery history as the driver finishes.

What live tracking costs
Live tracking comes with your deliveries. Speedster prices on the distance between pickup and dropoff, and that rate holds through rush hour, weather, holidays, and busy weekends. Watching your delivery move is part of the service.

Questions about live tracking
Does every Speedster delivery include live tracking?
Yes. Tracking runs on every delivery, for your team and for your customer, from pickup through to completion.
How does my customer track their delivery?
They open a tracking link on their phone. Nothing to download and no account to set up.
Can I see all my deliveries at once?
Yes. Your dashboard shows every active delivery on one map, with driver locations and status for each.
Does tracking work on multi dropoff routes?
Yes. You follow the driver through the whole route, and each recipient gets tracking for their own dropoff rather than seeing the full route.
Does Speedster give my customer an arrival time?
We show the driver moving rather than promising a clock time, because traffic on the day decides the rest. Customers can see for themselves how close the driver is, which turns out to be more reassuring than a time that might slip.
How long is tracking available after a delivery?
The live view runs until the delivery completes. After that, the delivery record with its photo, signature, and notes stays in your dashboard so you can pull it up later.
Can tracking connect to my own system?
Yes. Our API lets your system create deliveries and pull delivery status, so tracking can appear inside your own tools.
Who is the driver I am watching?
A driver from the Speedster network, vetted and trained by us. If a delivery needs looking into, our support team can reach that driver directly.
